North Druid Hills LCI Study Adopted by the DeKalb Board of
Commissioners
North Druid Hills LCI Study Final Report was adopted by the DeKalb Board of
Commissioners (BOC) on May 24, 2011. The complete 271-page North Druid Hills
LCI Study Report that was adopted by the BOC is on the Atlanta
Regional Commission (ARC) website and can be viewed online
here.
North Druid Hills LCI Study Land Use Amendments for Town Center and
Neighborhood Center, September 27, 2011 6:30 P.M. BOC Hearing
On Tuesday, September 27, 2011, 6:30 P.M.,
DeKalb County BOC will vote on 2 amendments the 2025 Comprehensive Plan for
the area along North Druid Hills Road
1.Town Center from Buford Highway to Briarcliff Road. Land use will change from Office
Professional (OP), Neighborhood Center (NC), Commercial Redevelopment
Corridor (CRC), and Highway Corridor (HC), to Town Center (TC) as shown on
the following map :

2. Neighborhood Center between LaVista Road and Moorestown Circle. Land use will change from
Suburban (SUB), Town Center (TC), and Commercial Redevelopment Corridor (CRC)
to Neighborhood Center (NC) as shown on the following map:
