Q: Why am I not receiving an e-mail newsletter? |
|
A:
If you think your e-mail address is on our mailing list but you have not been
receiving your e-mail newsletters, please read the following: |
- It is possible that our e-mail messages to you are being filtered out
or blocked. Check your junk, bulk or spam folder that your e-mail service
may have set up. Filters used by Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL and many others will
filter out what they think is junk or spam. If you find that this is the
case, there should be a way to go into your junk folder and click on a link
or a check box that says something to the effect of "not junk" or "not
spam". This should then tell your e-mail service to not filter out the mail
you want. You can also try to add our address to your address book. Some
filters will then regard this sender as "known" or "safe". Others will have
an actual "safe" list that you can access. We send newsletters,
alerts, and other notices from

We're sorry that we can't be more specific. Each service has different ways
of handling email. If you need more help, you should contact your e-mail
service provider.
- Your mailbox may have reached its maximum size. Too often the e-mails
fail when the mailbox reaches its maximum size.
- Our mailing list may not have a valid or current e-mail
address for you. Complete an on-line
subscription form.
- Someone has reported our e-mail message as SPAM to your email provider
and your email provider has placed our domain on its blacklisted domain
list, blocking you from receiving our messages. While we may attempt to
have the block lifted, only your e-mail provider can remove a domain
from its blacklist.
